Has worked all around the world for clients producing and filming everything from Reality shows, Docu-Dramas, The Super Bowl, Coal Mines and even concept cars for Ford and GM.

Steve brings decades of hands-on experience in high-end television and video production to Mongoose Films. As Chief Operating Officer, Steve oversees all aspects of production, logistics, and creative execution—ensuring every project delivers network-level quality. With a career spanning major national networks as Director of Photography on shows like HGTV's Bargain Block, Discovery Channel's Gold Rush, and Building Off the Grid: Alaska, Steve's eye for detail and compelling storytelling has earned him a trusted reputation in the industry.

Whether producing a million dollar ad campaign for half, taking a kernel of an idea to fruition in a digital form or building something entirely new from the pieces within reach, solving problems creatively is what Johannes enjoys doing. As a highly passionate yet rational professional with a prolific imagination who's always loved making things and telling stories, he navigates with a simple approach: Watch with empathy, listen closely, find the insight. Write, design, pitch and produce—then deliver above and beyond the expectation.

Cindy has been creating television content for more than 25 years. She's worked on everything from Saturday morning kid's shows to home improvement programs to shows about haunted houses. Cindy writes and does photography for several national and regional sailing magazines, and was a contributor to a travel cookbook.

Amanda has almost two decades experience in the film and television industry, starting her career by covering over 200 live events, producing commercials and branding films for multiple fortune 500 companies and small businesses alike. She is also currently co-producing multiple unscripted/reality TV programs. Amanda is CO-creator and producer of the hit television series "Fish 'N' Trips" which airs weekly on the World Fishing Network.

From New York to Detroit and Seattle, Derly has over 25 years' experience working in all areas of the entertainment industry all over the country. His vast array of skills include Producing, Directing, Editing, Sound, Graphics Design and Acting. This has allowed him to bring his unique insight and skill set to all aspects of production. Derly is excited to bring his wide ranging talents to Mongoose Films.

Naomi leads client partnerships, business development, and revenue growth across film, branded content, and live production projects. With a natural ability to connect with people and a sharp understanding of how video drives real business results, Naomi helps clients translate their goals into smart, story-driven solutions. She's known for her clear communication, strategic mindset, and hands-on approach—making the sales process feel collaborative, efficient, and genuinely human.
